Supporting ex-members of the Armed Forces
We support the Armed Forces community wherever possible and welcome applications from ex-military personnel - we recognise the experience and skills that members of this community hold and their many parallels to the construction and maintenance sectors. We will commit to working with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to promote our available opportunities to those who are leaving or have already left the Armed Forces.
To further showcase our support for the Armed Forces community, we have been signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant since February 2020.
We are committed to the development and progression of apprentices across our business. We aim to inspire and prepare local young people for working life by offering on the job training coupled with formal technical qualifications as part of government recognised Apprenticeship programmes. We employ both office based and site based apprentices in areas such as Decorating, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Site Management, Customer Service and Business Administration.
