Mountjoy have recently agreed a two-year extension on our current contract with Vectis Housing.
Vectis Housing is an independently run housing association that operates exclusively on the Isle of Wight.
Our contract with Vectis Housing covers reactive and preventative maintenance, planned works, void repairs, and gas servicing to 400 Vectis Housing Properties across the Isle of Wight. Properties covered on the contract include general needs housing, sheltered housing, and medium and high-rise communal blocks.
The original contract commenced in April 2014, covering responsive repairs only, but it was expanded in 2016 to include void refurbishments and once again in 2019 to include gas servicing.
The agreed extension will see the contract continue until the 31st May 2026.
