Mountjoy have recently agreed an extension on our Student Halls Maintenance Contract with the University of Southampton.
Since 2011, Mountjoy have delivered reactive and planned maintenance for the University of Southampton’s halls of residence, providing carpentry, plumbing, roofing, groundworks, and other ad hoc repairs.
In addition to their daily works, each summer our University-based contract team undertake a tight programme of refurbishments across all 6,500 student rooms, ensuring that they are ready for occupation by the new intake of students in the new academic year.
Since commencing the contract in 2011, the team have consistently exceeded performance expectations on the contract, delivering an efficient and high-quality service. The extension will see our current contract continue for a further two years, from July 2024 to July 2026.
We look forward to continuing our partnership with the University of Southampton until 2026.
