Mountjoy has been awarded a new contract with Elmbridge Borough Council to supply Building Fabric Reactive Repairs to the Council’s properties across the borough. In addition to responsive repairs, the service agreement also covers small works and project works. The Council’s property portfolio includes car parks, day centres, offices, recreation grounds and public conveniences, amongst others.
The contract, valued at £150k per annum, will run for five years with the option to extend for a further two. It is being managed out of Mountjoy’s existing Sussex & Surrey Hub located in Southwater, Horsham. It commenced on the 1st April 2021.
