Mountjoy has won a contract with Portsmouth City Council to provide redecoration and repairs to 16 Victorian terrace houses located across Portsmouth in busy residential streets. All the properties will remain occupied throughout the duration of the works and Mountjoy will work closely with the Council and the residents to minimise disruption.
The works will include exterior decoration to the houses, as well as the replacement of wall tiles, pitched and flat roof covering, parapet fire wall repairs, repairs to the chimney stacks, brickwork, fencing, and asbestos removal. Mountjoy’s efforts will assist Portsmouth City Council in providing a clean, tidy, and healthy environment for its residents.
The works are due to commence in August 2022 and are expected to finish in Summer 2023.
