Mountjoy have secured a contract for site wider works at Ark Charter Academy, a secondary school located in the heart of Portsmouth. Ark Charter is part of the Ark network of schools, an education charity that exists to make sure that all children, regardless of their background, have access to great education and real choices in life.
Works at the school will involve:
- Replacement of boundary fencing and gates
- Window and external door replacement works
- Replacement of existing internal and external door access control provision
- Minor soft and hard landscaping works
The works began in July 2023, with a completion date of early September 2023. Mountjoy will need to programme the works efficiently to ensure that they are completed over the school’s summer holidays, ready for when student’s return in September.
