Mountjoy secure £600k contract for rectifying works at residential block

Mountjoy recently secured a £600k contract for rectifying works at Wickham Court, in Church Crookham, Hampshire. Comprised of 41 flats, Wickham Court is owned and run by VIVID, an affordable housing provider, and was constructed as a sheltered scheme for people over 55.

Mountjoy is rectifying water damage resulting from leaks and carrying out works to prevent further recurrence.  This includes a series of waterproofing works over selected roofs, lift shafts and walkways, the removal and replacement of paving, drains, and ceiling boards in 1st and 2nd floor walkways, and the re-fitting of guttering.

Wickham Court will remain occupied throughout the works and safety is of the utmost importance on site.

We started on site in October 2022, with completion due in March 2023.
