Gemma Harmon and Darren Quainton

Gemma and Darren were recognised for demonstrating great flexibility and commitment through their delivery of a number of successful projects. Both worked long hours and weekends, they have received glowing feedback from clients, benefitting Mountjoy's reputation and bringing in opportunities for more work.

November 2019 - Runners Up

Andy Patten, Wayne Deakins, Tony Kessack, John Corns and John Reilly, Troy Hardwood and Paul McNaughton

This team were nominated for showing professionalism and commitment whilst attending to a burst water main at a block of 27 flats. Throughout, they maintained first class health and safety standards and arranged water for each property, staying until 11pm to see the job through.

Tony Young

Tony was nominated on three occasions for going above and beyond to help his colleagues. Tony regularly stays late to assist operatives, picks up the phone during holidays and takes time out of his own busy schedule to help other departments who are struggling.

Ian Jays

Ian was nominated twice. He is always willing to help in situations of high demand, stepping up to learn new skills where required. He also showed great empathy to a colleague through a bereavement.

Autumn Keeping

Autumn was nominated for her commitment and professionalism; she offered great empathy and reassurance to a colleague who had been suffering from mental ill health.
