Lloyd was nominated for being hard-working and dedicated within his role, always going out of his way to help both his team and the client - even when out of hours. Examples include working two 12-hour shifts across a weekend to support the operatives working split shifts, and working tirelessly alongside other members of his team during an isolation incident; Lloyd never panicked and gave the client confidence that we could resolve the issue.
January 2020 - Runner Up
Paul was nominated for always putting the tenant first - for example, he attended a job on a Saturday when the flooring company changed the appointment, ensuring that the tenant was not left without flooring for the weekend.
Matthew was nominated for demonstrating outstanding customer service with tenants, recently receiving at least 3 compliments from different tenants from where he has carried out repairs.
Charlotte was nominated for stepping up to assist the management team during a departmental intervention, without the pay to reflect her duties. She has carried out demanding tasks with ease and minimal support, proving to be a great asset to her team.
Paul was nominated for working tirelessly to support every contract in the business. He is always on hand with support and advice, quick to rectify issues, and always receives glowing feedback on his engaging training sessions.
