Waverley Borough Council has recently been appointed Mountjoy to build two houses at Sherrydon, Cranleigh to help relieve the shortage of housing in the area.
The works comprise of the removal of the existing concrete hardstandings and the design and construction of two new two-bed houses with front access and parking. Mountjoy's construction team are due to start on site in Summer 2017.
