Mountjoy has successfully passed a technical audit and is now a member of the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA). The membership verifies that Mountjoy complies with recognised industry standards for the management of building services – including our compliance management systems, our workforce training programmes and our technical competence.
The BESA Competence Assessment Standard process included an external technical audit by a BESA representative. The audit focused on the processes and IT systems we use to ensure that buildings and assets which we maintain remain operable, safe and compliant. This process was overseen by our Maintenance Director, Tanya Roxborough and Simon Hughes our Technical Contract Manager.
In addition to BESA, Mountjoy is also registered with a number of other recognised schemes which evidence our commitment to high quality and safety standards; these include CHAS, Constructionline Gold, Safecontractor and Altius Assured.
