Mountjoy has secured a new project with Fareham Borough Council involving the refurbishment of two existing and adjoining properties on Arundel Drive, close to the town centre.
Specifically, the works will involve the conversion of a property used as office accommodation and its ex-sheltered housing neighbour to create two separate domestic dwellings with ground floor disabled adaptations. To achieve this, our team will be installing new wet rooms, new kitchen facilities, new external ramps, new heating and mechanical systems and various other room configurations to ensure a high-quality family living space for future occupants.
The £150k project is due to commence in the Spring and will take approximately 8 weeks to complete.
