Mountjoy were thrilled to attend the Teach Portsmouth Awards 2023, hosted at the Portsmouth Guildhall on Thursday 29th June.
The awards celebrated the achievements of teachers, support teams, and leaders from local schools and colleges.
Duncan O'Rourke, our Building Projects Director, presented the Outstanding Contributions Award, sponsored by Mountjoy, This award celebrates the sustained and substantial impact an individual has made on the education of children and young people in Portsmouth.
We would like to congratulate Giri Nair, from The Flying Bull Academy for winning the award.
Giri has worked at the school for 32 years and has had such a positive impact on children, families, and the next generation of teachers during this time. Her passion for education is infectious and her drive to improve outcomes for children is relentless.
