With 2022 fast approaching, it’s been good to look back on all the projects we have been involved in over the course of 2021. We have been lucky to work with a wide range of clients, both new and pre-existing, across a stunning portfolio of impressive new builds and state-of-the-art refurbishments including our £1.8m extension and refurbishment project at the newly established Emsworth Surgery and our £3.1m phased refurbishment scheme at Woking Leisure Centre.

Below we provide a status update of the projects we are carrying into 2022:

  • Our £3.8m construction project at Andover War Memorial Hospital will see the roof structure installed before Christmas. 2021 saw the demolition of an existing hospital wing at the site to create space for a new two-storey building which will house a new GP and dental surgery.
