Mountjoy has picked up the award for “Outstanding Contribution to the Education Business Partnership” at the Amazing People Awards 2016.
The Amazing People Awards are run annually by the Education Business Partnership South and recognise companies who are active in supporting local schools and colleges in the Portsmouth/Southampton area with work experience, apprenticeships, carrying out mock interviews etc. Mountjoy was up against five other large companies in this category so winning this award was a great achievement.
The award is in recognition of the effort put in by staff across Mountjoy in recent years, either mentoring apprentices, hosting work experience students, attending job fairs or going into local schools.
