Since 2023, Mountjoy have been a contractor on Lot 1 and Lot 3a of West Sussex County Council’s Contractors Framework.
The purpose of the framework is to deliver capital and revenue construction works around and within the corporate estate, where repairs, refurbishment, or new build requirements are needed. Through use of the framework West Sussex County Council will have access to a variety of qualified contractors to deliver the works.
As one of nine contractor’s on Lot 1 of the framework, and as one of twelve contractors on Lot 3a of the framework, Mountjoy will have the opportunity to tender for Major Construction projects valued between £2m-£5m (Lot 1), and General Building Works valued at £5k-£500k (Lot 3a).
Works will be delivered across a range of sectors, including both schools and academies, and is open for the use of any department governed by the council.
The framework will run for a total of four years, coming to an end in December 2027. An approximate £300m of projects will be delivered over the four-year framework.
