Objective
Mountjoy was appointed by Campbell Property Services to carry out student accommodation refurbishments to 31 houses situated in residential streets around Portsmouth.
Campbell Property UK manage boutique student housing properties around the UK from Birmingham to Exeter, their estate holds over 2,000 homes. Their housing packages are all-inclusive including bills and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Solution
Due to tight timescales to get properties refurbished for the 2018/19 intake of students in Portsmouth, Mountjoy rapidly mobilised the project to be on site for July with refurbishments taking place over the summer.
Works in each building included strip out, kitchen joinery/worktops, removal, disposal and retention of various items of fittings and sanitaryware, new shower and tiling, internal decorations and M&E installations.
