Since 2023, Mountjoy have been one of four contractors on Lot 1 of Hampshire’s Intermediate Construction Framework 3 (ICF3).
The purpose of the framework is to deliver capital projects for Hampshire County Council and their partners, including refurbishments, extensions, and small new builds.
As a contractor on Lot 1, Mountjoy will have the opportunity to tender for construction works worth approximately £800k-£6.5m in value.
Works will be delivered across a range of assets owned by the council including:
- Schools
- Colleges
- Leisure facilities
- Office buildings
- Police/Fire/Rescue facilities
The ICF3 is the third rendition of the council’s Intermediate Construction framework, following the completion of the ICF2 in June 2023. The framework will run for a total of four years, coming to an end in October 2027, and is estimated to deliver a total of £200m worth of projects within Hampshire.
