Objective
We provide building fabric, minor works and mechanical, electrical and public health maintenance services to Horsham District Council's corporate properties. These range from commercial properties such as the Council's offices, car parks, museums, leisure venues (including the Capitol Theatre), libraries, community facilities and temporary housing, to more rural assets such as Southwater Country Park. We also provide reactive repairs and planned works to void properties.
Solution
We support the Council by providing statutory and planned preventative maintenance to all electrical systems, gas heating systems, ventilation systems, water management, drainage, fire and security systems and lifts. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive reactive maintenance service and the external cleaning and maintenance of Council buildings and some street furniture, such as street lamps.
We complete approximately 5,000 jobs per annum as part of this contract, managing all of these through our helpdesk based in our Southwater office.
