Scott was recognised for completing a number of decorating tasks quicker than expected and to a high standard. He kept the client informed of the progress of work on a daily basis and received glowing feedback from them upon completion.

Wayne Knowles
Wayne was nominated for his commitment - he will always do overtime for his contract, enabling his team to not have to pass over works to the out-of-hours service in addition to improving resident satisfaction.
Brent Benham O'Leary
Brent was nominated for showing initiative whilst carrying out works at a void property. The job required a door frame being put between the kitchen and lounge area - whilst never having completed a job like this, Brent asked if he could take the lead and carry out the task. He asked questions throughout and completed the task to an excellent standard.
Kyle Gulliver
Kyle was nominated for his positive professional attitude towards work and really shining during his first few months in his costing administrator role. Despite being new to the team and joining at an extremely busy time, he has received compliments from both colleagues and clients for his willingness to learn and close off jobs on the contract.
Andrew Burton
Andrew was nominated for his outstanding performance and caring attitude since joining Mountjoy; examples include helping an elderly resident build her bed and even offering her his own furniture, and assisting another elderly resident following a fall.
