What we are looking for;

Experienced and highly motivated individuals to join our Projects team to work on a wide range of refurbishment and new build projects across numerous sectors.

Applicants must have a  1st and 2nd fix carpentry background with related multi trade capabilities and experience working on refurbishment and new build/extension projects.

We are seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic Carpenter Multi Trade operative with a can-do attitude and flexible approach. Trades persons must have relevant qualifications and broad commercial experience in their core trades with additional experience and capability to complete tasks outside their core competency. The operative must maintain a professional appearance and attitude and be polite and courteous at all times. It is a further requirement that all operatives must pass a DBS check.

The most important elements relating to your work are;

A good attitude towards health and safety, flexible, a good communicator, willingness to learn, ability to take instruction and work across multiple sites as part of a small team across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey.  Must also have a willingness to support our Maintenance teams when required on an ad-hoc basis.

The role is based in various locations, ideally your home base is within 40 miles of Portsmouth.

The Required Qualifications for the Role

  • Minimum 4 years trade experience
  • CSCS card holder
  • Full valid driving licence
  • Possess own tools (assistance with cost of replacements provided)

The Required Knowledge for the Role

  • 4+ years trade experience
  • Relevant Trade Qualification
  • Experience in Fire Door installations
