Business Systems Analyst– IT

Your new role

This is predominantly a project-based role within the IT team, that will involve supporting and co-ordinating IT improvement projects. You will have a detailed understanding of our Business Management Systems, working with Operational teams to identify improvements. Taking operational requirements, to scope new solutions, and co-ordinating the process from internal sign-off to development through to implementation and training of staff.

 In addition to this you will have operational IT management responsibility of IT partners who provide our Business Management Systems and Infrastructure/Desktop support.

The most important elements relating to your work are;

  • To support the Finance and Managing Directors in analysing business software, systems, solutions, and scoping of improvement projects and innovations.
  • Coordinate improvement projects across the business ensuring objectives and plans are put in place and progress is reported to the Executive Project Sponsor.
  • Manage operational relationships with IT Partners and provide periodic reporting and updates to the Finance and Managing Directors on service standards and areas for improvement.
  • Train, support and coach Managers and Employees to use IT Systems effectively and efficiently to improve and sustain high standards of service delivery to Clients and Customers.
  • Develop reporting measures and KPI’s that enable Operations and Support Services Depts to identify, issues, trends and areas for the improvement of their service to Clients.
  • Train and coach key staff to actively use measures and KPI’s.
  • Support Dept Managers in investigating operational issues and trends as they arise.
