Your new role
To ensure the successful delivery of the Contract(s) and ad hoc workflows you are responsible for by achieving Company Business objectives (financial and qualitative) and Client service delivery standards.
What you will need to succeed
You will be a strong Contract Manager with experience delivering successful contracts with exceptional service and commercial performance. You will need to lead and motivate a team ensuring that the companies ethos and values are prevalent in all that we do and ensure that our Health and Safety culture is followed by not just your direct team but also your wider supply chain.
- Degree, Diploma, HNC in a construction discipline (Desirable)
- Property maintenance environment (Essential)
- Exposure to a Contract Management role (Desirable)
