Solent Infant School

PLANNED PREVENTIVE AND REACTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR SOLENT INFANT SCHOOL

Mountjoy was awarded a contract to provide Planned Preventive Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance services to Solent Infant School in Portsmouth.

Prior to the contract starting, Mountjoy prepared and now maintains an Asset Register for the school, which informs the school's forward maintenance register/budgeting system. Mountjoy now services and repairs all the fixed mechanical and electrical plant, equipment, systems etc. at the site, and provide responsive repairs and minor improvements to the building fabric.

Solent Infant School was looking for an innovative contractor who would add value throughout the contract by installing more efficient equipment rather than just adopting a 'like-for-like' replacement approach.
