OFFICE REFURBISHMENT AT GURIT UK HEADQUARTERS

Mountjoy was approached by Gurit UK to undertake a design and build contract for the formation of additional office space and a new laboratory facility within the existing building at St Cross Business Park.

To provide the space required the works involved: structural steelwork, blockwork walls, the construction of the first floor, internal partitioning and suspended ceilings. New fire doors were then fitted along with glazed fire screens, metal staircases and handrails, laboratory furniture and equipment. The project was completed by decorating, mechanical and electrical installations and air conditioning alterations.
