We are looking for graduates with drive and ambition who want to develop their business skills whilst helping Mountjoy go from strength to strength. Our graduates will experience different areas of our business which can include working in operational, business development and commercial roles; these roles could involve running improvement projects, writing tenders, costing projects and mobilizing new contracts. We are committed to the development and progression of apprentices across our business. We aim to inspire and prepare local young people for working life by offering on the job training coupled with formal technical qualifications as part of government recognised Apprenticeship programmes. We employ both office based and site based apprentices in areas such as Decorating, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Site Management, Customer Service and Business Administration.
